Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Privilege Loyalty Program is exclusively available to customers who book holiday packages with our company.
  • Holiday packages include a combination of flights, hotels, transfers, and/or tours booked as a single package.
  • Excluded Bookings: Standalone bookings for flights, hotels, visas, or other individual services do not earn loyalty points.
  • Participation in the program is automatic upon making an eligible booking.

2. Earning Points

  • Points Accrual:
    • Loyalty points are awarded only after full payment for the holiday package is received.
    • Points are calculated based on the total value of the holiday package, excluding taxes, visa fees, insurance, and optional extras.
  • Non-Transferable:
    • Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another customerโ€™s account.
  • Adjustments:
    • Points may be reversed or adjusted in case of booking cancellations, modifications, or refunds.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed only for future holiday bookings made with our company.
  • Redemption options include:
    • Discounts on your next holiday package
    • Upgrades (room/category upgrades where applicable)
    • Extra tours and excursions
    • Additional holiday products or add-ons offered by our company
  • Exclusions: Points cannot be used to pay for flights, visa fees, taxes, insurance, or any services provided by third-party vendors outside the package.
  • Minimum Redemption: A minimum number of points may be required for redemption, as specified by our company at the time of booking.

4. Validity of Points

  • Loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited to your account.
  • Unused points will automatically expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.

5. Program Changes & Limitations

  • The company reserves the right to:
    • Modify the point accrual and redemption rates
    • Change program benefits, rules, or terms & conditions
    • Suspend or terminate the program with reasonable prior notice to members
  • Any misuse, fraud, or breach of the terms may lead to cancellation of points and termination of membership.

6. General Conditions

  • Participation in the Privilege Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Decisions by the company regarding the allocation, redemption, or cancellation of points are final and binding.
  • The company is not liable for any loss of points due to technical issues, expired validity, or misuse of the memberโ€™s account.
